Bouncy Castle FAQs

When Do You Deliver?

Deliveries are made from around 8.00am to 1.00pm. Collections are made from 6.00pm. In the busy summer months we deliver on a geographical round basis,we do try to be as flexible as possible. If you require specific times please inform us at time of booking. We accommodate exact delivery and collection times for indoor hall hires or events.

What Do I Need To Do Prior To Your Arrival?

Our inflatables are delivered on a sack barrow and we need adequate clear access for this (approximately 3ft depending on the inflatable). Please ensure the paths or access to the garden are free of obstacles. We will also need access to main power.

On What Surface Can The Inflatable Be Set Up On?

We perfer grass! Although we know not everyone has a lovely big garden, so we can put our inflatables on other surfaces as long as we can bolt the inflatable to the ground. 

Do You Hire Castles Overnight?

Overnight hire is available on selected bouncy castles. Two forms of identification are required for overnight hire and it must be set up on a secure site.

What Happens If It Rains?

If it is raining or high winds on the day of your party we will contact you as we may have to cancel due to weather conditions.

Do You Fully Install The Inflatable?

 Our trained staff check site and install inflatable.

Will The Inflatable Go In A Hall?

 Most of our stock fits halls. Please contact us for full details.

Do You Offer Inflatables For Hire For School Fetes Or Events?

 Yes we can supply an inflatable for any event as we are insured up to £5 million cover.

If I Need To Clean The Castle What Can I Use?

 If for whatever reason you should need to clean the castle please only use a damp cloth with luke warm water and dry well.

Do You Have Public Liability Insurance?

 We are covered up to £5 million. We can also provide a full risk assessment when needed.

How Long Does It Take To Set Up?

 It usually only takes about 30 minutes to install an inflatable, but times can change depending on the access to site.

Can I Collect The Inflatable From You?

No, a trained member of our team has to install it and make sure the site is suitable.

Do I Need To Show Identification?

We will only ask to see identification if the castle is to stay over night. T&C apply

What Happens If I Need To Cancel My Booking?

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking we would ask that you give us as much notice as possible. If you dont and the driver arrives we will charge for fuel and time accordingly.

Hot Tub FAQs

How fast do you deliver?

Hot Tubs are Delivered on a Wednesday (6-8person) or a Thursday (4-6person) to give the Hot Tub time to reach the lovely 40* temperature for you to relax in and enjoy the Hot Tub from a Friday night to a Sunday night. For midweek hires, please contact us for more info. Booking in advance is advisable.

Access requirements?

If we can walk through it, then we can normaly bring one of our Hot Tubs through it and even through the house.

Do I have to be in when the Hot Tub is delivered?

YES! We will need to show you how to use the Hot Tub and explain all the Health and Safety requirements.

Can we put our Hot Tub anywhere?

We need at least 7ft by 7ft flat surface. This can be on Grass, Concrete, Patios and providing its strong enough, even Decking. (our fully trained staff will check your decking)

How do I fill the Hot Tub?

We will fill your Hot Tub with your water supply. If you dont have a hose or an outside tap, please remember to tell us at the point of booking so that we can accommodate for this.

How long does it take to set up/fill up?

Its takes our fully trained staff about 10 to 15 mins to set the Hot Tub up. But filling it with water will usually take 1 to 2 hours, depending on your water pressure and the size of the Hot Tub you have ordered.

Can I fill the Hot Tub with hot water?

NO! This will damage the heating unit in the pump if the water in your Hot water system is hoter then 40*. If an instant use (you require the hot tub to be used on the day of delivery) is requried, please discuss this with us when enquring about booking.

Hot long will it take the Hot Tub to heat up?

Depending on the size of the Hot Tub you have booked, and weather conditions, it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for any Hot Tub to reach a stable and steady 40*.

Do you hire Hot Tubs in the winter months?

YES! Its the best time to hire a Hot Tub, to gain full benefit of your hire! The colder it is outside, the better the Hot Tub experance is. Best of all is when its snowing!

How clean are Hot Tubs?

Our Hot Tubs undergo a rigourous cleaning process, from a shock treatment for the tub and pump unit, to a deep disinfectant cleaning when the Hot Tub is returnd, then again before its hire, its cleaned again with specialist chemical wipes that sanitise the Hot Tub. But we can also, by request, clean it a third time at set up. Dont worry, we wont be offended if you ask, we want you to be happy and comfortable when you and your family hire any of our Hot Tubs.

Is there a Filter?

YES! We give each customer a BRAND NEW FILTER! We open the Filter at your home and show you how to insert it in the Filter Housing, and how to clean and care for the filter for the duration of you Hot Tub Hire. ( Do not use a Hot Tub without a filter, or a used filter)

Can i add bubble bath are soap in the water?

NO! Never add anything to the water, we will provide you with all the relevant chemicals.
